No — and it's not meant to. PropLog is a maintenance-specific tool that sits alongside your existing property management software. Your PMS handles leases, rent, inspections, and compliance. PropLog handles the maintenance record: photos, job history, trade accountability, and the audit trail. They do different jobs. Most agencies run both.
PropLog runs independently alongside your PMS — you don't need any integration to get started. When a maintenance job comes in, you log it in PropLog and assign it to a tradesperson. PropLog captures the photo evidence, tracks the job through to tenant confirmation, and permanently stores the history against that property. Your PMS still handles the lease and rent side. Over time, PropLog becomes the maintenance history record that stays with the property across tenancies.

Team members are admins and property managers who can manage issues and properties. Tradespersons and landlords with view-only access are unlimited and don't count toward your limit.
Yes. Upgrade at any time and get immediate access to the new limits. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
You won't be able to add new properties until you upgrade or remove existing ones. Your existing properties and all data remain fully accessible.
A property counts toward your plan limit while it's active in your portfolio. Sold, vacated for more than 90 days, or archived properties don't count toward the limit — but their full maintenance history is preserved permanently. The record stays with the property even if it leaves your books.
Yes. All data is stored on AWS servers in Sydney, Australia. We use bank-level encryption and comply with Australian privacy laws. Your maintenance records never leave the country.
Yes, cancel with no penalties. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. We also offer data export if you need it.
